Who are we ?

French designer and manufacturer of custom-made machines, DÉFI SYSTÈMES has taken a leading position as a provider of solutions for innovative applications, adapted to the most difficult environments.
Founded in 1994 with a desire to imagine efficient solutions, DÉFI SYSTÈMES perpetuates this vocation and today produces special products and short-run series.

These many years of experience, acquired on increasingly complex projects and built historically in close collaboration with the CEA research centers,have enabled DEFI SYSTEMES to apply its know-how on a national and international level

  • 1994. Creation of the company
  • 1996. Design and production of nuclear ICP analyzers / Design and production of 4.5kw plasma generators for COGEMA and CEA
  • 1998. Design and realization of waste treatment pilots derived from the application of HF and high-power plasma techniques (40KW)
  • 2000. Design and realization of specific induction furnaces
  • 2001-2007. Nuclearization of many laboratory equipment (for use in glove box or shielded enclosure)
  • 2007-2008. Design and realization of a process for the treatment of radioactive effluents / Nuclearization of numerous laboratory equipment
  • 2009. Relocation of the head office and installation of the assembly workshop
  • 2009-2010. Design and realization of experimental processes and circuits in shielded enclosures / Design and realization of cutting equipment and specific test benches
  • 2011. Design and realization of a pneumatic transfer system for sample shuttles between cells on an EDF shielded chain
  • 2012-2013. First nucleation of scanning probe microscopes in shielded enclosure, with design of the associated glove box
  • 2014-2017. Design and realization of several glove boxes with rare gas process
  • 2018. Installation of the workshop / Design and realization of several glove boxes with gas process
  • 2019. Extension of the manufacturing workshop and integration of orbital welding
  • 2019-2020. Design and realization of test machines for PEMFC fuel cells
  • 2019. Installation of a new assembly workshop
  • 2021-2022. Design and realization of test and production equipment in the field of hydrogen / Design of glove box chains with gas process
